  25. I have not received the email for the password change. What can I do?
  26. If you requested the email to reset your password, but you have not received it, we recommend you to check the Junk Mail folder. Be sure that you provided the same email with which you opened the account. No email will be sent if you use a different address. If you keep having issues please contact our Customer Service department.

  27. Are my winnings taxed?
  28. We do not submit information about your account to any tax authority except in cases of fraud.
