Pre-Approved

I tried to make a deposit with my credit/debit card and I received a "Pre-Approved" message. What does that mean?

If you receive the “Pre-Approved” message it means your card has been approved to be used on our website however there are a few final steps required to finalize the transaction. Contact our CS team directly at 1-844-444-BUSR (1-844-444-2877) and they will help you through these final steps to get your account funded.

What are the documents I need to send for payout request?

Prior to requesting a payout your BUSR account must be verified. What exactly is needed will depend on your account and the deposit methods you have made. To get the specific requirements please contact our CS team directly at 1-844-444-BUSR (1-844-444-2877) and they will tell you what is needed.

How long does it take to receive my payout?

BUSR wants our clients to have a very smooth payout experience. Once you have submitted your payout request it will take two business days for us to review it. Once processed. the payout timeframe will change based on our current timeframes. For the current times we have:

  • Bitcoins: 24 hours
  • Bank wire: 5 - 7 business days

Bitcoin, Bitcash and Litecoin

BUSR is the first racebook to accept deposits with crypto currencies including Bitcoin and Litecoin.

To make a deposit with Bitcoin, please go to CASHIER and select the cryptocurrency you wish to use for your deposit. A send to address will be created. Copy and paste the address and send your crypto deposit. Your funds will appear as soon as the transaction is verified on the blockchain. Typically, this takes less than 1 hour.

To make a withdraw, simply generate an address with the wallet you use and provide that to a member of the Customer Support Team, or you can email: withdraw@busr.com

For withdraws using crypto currency, you will still need to provide proof of identification. Once your account has been verified, your payout via crypto currency will typically take less than 24 hours to appear in your wallet.

What are the fees for deposits and withdraws?

Please visit the Cashier to see the most updated fee schedule. Remember, there are no fees for depositing or withdrawing with crypto currency.

Withdrawal Rules

Payouts are processed daily on a first come, first served basis. As long as all pre-authorized or pending deposits to your account have settled we can process your payout in as little as 24 hours. Make sure that you have a sufficient balance in your account to cover your payout amount until the funds are removed from your balance, to avoid the payout from being declined. After a payout has been processed and the funds have been debited from your BUSR account, the transfer times and fees can be found below.

  1. Payout requests are accepted Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST. Payouts will be sent Monday through Friday during normal banking hours.
  2. Withdrawals will only be processed in the name of the account holder, in the event that a client cannot receive the funds in his/her name a written signed authorization must be received with the name of the person to whom the payout is endorsed, in addition to this a valid photo id of the account holder must accompany the authorization form.
  3. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 USD. Minimum withdraw amount may be less than $100 USD if by bitcoin. Please email or call for details.
  4. All withdrawal requests must be submitted by the player via their account. Withdrawal requests are not accepted over the phone, email or via chat.
  5. Customers must provide account number and password when requesting a payout.
  6. All terms and conditions including rollovers, play through periods and required documentation must be completed and received before a payout can be processed.
  7. All payout requests have a processing period of a minimum of 48 hrs. The submission of a request by a representative on behalf of the customer does not guarantee approval.
  8. All payouts are subject to the funds being available in the account at the time the debit is made; if funds are not available, the payout request will be cancelled.
  9. BUSR reserves the right to request proper documentation to verify the account holder’s identity, including a valid photo id and copies of credit cards before processing a payout. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the cancellation of the request.
  10. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal information including physical mailing address, phone number and email address are updated and correct, in the event that a redirect or re-send of a payment due to an incorrect address is necessary, there is a administrative fee of $50 USD
  11. Processing of person to person transfer requests may take up to 48 to 72 hours depending on processor availability.
  12. Although we strive to process payouts as quickly as possible, some methods may take longer to process due to transfer procedures and any payout may take up to 10 to 14 business days to be processed.
  13. Depending on the deposit method and/or bonuses received, some payout requests may be subject to additional holding periods of up to 30 days.
  14. Payouts may be sent via another method than the one originally requested on certain occasions, we will notify you of any changes should they be necessary.
  15. Payout requests may be cancelled or modified prior processing, once processed however changes are not allowed, in the event that a payout is cancelled at the customer’s request, any applicable fees will not be reimbursed.
  16. Withdrawal methods, limits and fees are subject to change without prior notification.
  17. Non cashable bonuses will be reversed at the time of a withdrawal.
  18. BUSR reserves the right to deny, reverse or hold any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected or if terms and conditions are violated in any way.
  19. Withdrawal rules will have precedence over any verbal or written offering by any employee of the company.
  20. BUSR reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or modify these rules at any time without notice.

Additionally:

  1. If you have pending deposits to your account, we cannot process your payout until we receive the funds. This may take up to 5 business days after you make a deposit.
  2. We can only process one payout request at a time. If you want to request another payout, please cancel the one that is pending.
  3. Make sure that your address and account information is correct before making a payout request.
  4. You may be required to submit additional information for account verification.
  5. All rollover requirements must be met in order to process a payout, fees are subject to change without prior notice however we will take all precautions to ensure you are informed of any change in the fee structure.
