Prior to making your first deposit, you will be send an SMS code which you will be required to enter into your BUSR account. Depending on your individual account, you may be asked for additional information such as:

  • Photo of your picture ID.
  • Front and back of the Credit/Debit Card(s) used.
  • Proof of address: A photo of a statement with your name and address you have registered on your BUSR account. This can be a bank statement or utility bill.

When you verify your account you receive the following great benefits:

  • Increased deposit limits - Once you are verified, you can increase the number of deposits to your racing account.
  • Easier payouts - You will need to verify your account to make a withdrawal. As part of our licensing and KYC ("Know your customer"), we are required to confirm your identity in order to prevent fraud.

BUSR provides post-up online betting services. This means that you are only able to play with the funds you have available in your account. No credit will be given to any account under any circumstance unless for bonuses or promotions.

A member is allowed to have one account. If someone else in your household also has an account, additional information may be required in order to verify the identity of both members.

We are required to keep a detailed record of all the financial transactions that are done within our platform. You can at any time request that we remove your personal and financial information from our records. Just contact our Customer Service department directly or email us at support@busr.com with your request.

To remove a card from your profile:

  1. Tap on Cashier
  2. Scroll to "Manage Payment Methods"
  3. Locate the card that you wish to remove and click on the “Remove” button.
  4. Tap on "Confirm" and the credit card will be removed from your profile.

You’ll be required to generate a four-digit security PIN the next time you log into your account. Customers, both new and old, will be prompted to create a PIN.

To create your PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new account or log in to an existing one.
  2. You’ll be prompted to generate a new 4-digit PIN in a pop-up window.
  3. Fill in your new PIN (0-9 numbers only, no letters).
  4. To store your new PIN, click Save.
  5. Your new PIN will be saved after you receive a confirmation message.

  • To confirm your identity, your PIN will be requested by our staff on every call. We will never request your PIN via email.
  • Keep your PIN secure. Do not share your PIN with unauthorized people.
  • If you need to reset your PIN, please contact customer service.

This PIN adds another layer of security to your account. It is a two-factor authentication (2FA ).

Remember the PIN is needed in order to verify your account and allow you to make changes to your profile to:

  1. Update your address.
  2. Update your Email address.
  3. Request a Bitcoin Payout.
